Shandra Inez is a Master Cosmetologist/Educator new to Charlotte from the DMV area. Though Healthy Haircare is always top priority, her Speciality is Soft Glam and Bridal/Special Occasion everything from extensions, soft updos, make-up and lashes. Shandra has a GOD-given talent to make all things beautiful and keep her clients “Photo-Shoot Fresh”.
